There is one word, which, above all others, expresses the spirit-meaning, and purpose of the higher planes --- and the phenomena thereof --- that word is LOVE ! And that Love is the "Perfect Love which casteth out all Fear " --- and its blossom is Joy --- and its fruit is Peace !
