Because he loves freely, seldom entertains resentment, and is full of faith in everything.

Resentment is a form of fear. Resentment is a re-sending of the thought or idea of another person, or of the impression made upon the mind by another person or thing. We are afraid of an image which our mortal mind conjures up, and so we re-send it --- resent it.

If we were filled with love and lived by love we should be able to see farther than the outward appearances of others, and so would become convinced that there was nothing to resent. We should be able to perceive the truth in them. We should so joy in the truth that we should completely forget to resent the error.
