I have read a little story of an old man sitting by the fireside and affecting the motion of a distant star through the winking of his eyelids. This illustrates the far-reaching consequences of our smallest acts. When we pour into our consciousness a flood of negative conceptions of disease and its nature we are preparing for a harvest of discord. When we turn our thoughts in the direction of Truth, and consider health as normal, good as supreme, faith as creative, then we are preparing ourselves for that consciousness of health and harmony which means joy, peace, and a happy life.
