13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies as much as in all riches.

15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.

16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

Beth (verses 9-16) This section treats of the word hidden in the heart = = individualized First Cause (verse 11). We can and should Rejoice in the Way as in all riches, because it is all riches. The Way = Adaptation of Means to Ends, and this being done perfectly, without any restriction as to purpose except that it may not be a wicked purpose, desire becomes a Perpetual Source of Supply and therefore all riches (Job V: 19, XI : 13 XXII: 24, XXXIII: 23; Ps. CXII: 3; Prov. III:16, VIII: 18, XIV: 24; Luke XII: 23). The Principles (precepts) of these things are to be meditated upon (growth by Reflection). Having respect to the Divine Way (verse 15) is to realize its working and therefore not to fuss round to fix up a way of our own. Are not these things written in the 9th Chapter of the Edinburgh Lectures? Again the same idea of seeking a Person, as in section Aleph (verse 2), The Grand Camarado. Not forgetting the Word (verse 16), i.e., relying on First Cause and not going back to Second causation. To
