First of all you should know that death is final. You will not return and if you do, you will not remember this life, you will be in another life, another body, further along in Time-Space.

To this understanding that death is final, you should know there is a drink that celebrates the truth of that the highest civil right is our right to choose the time and place for a death with dignity. It is called the Grenadeirdra for short.

The Grenadeirdra

is the traditional drink of the Gas Nobility.

• Fill a large clear 1 pint glass with cubes or chunks of ice.
  --symbolizing the cold hardness of life
  
• Pour two jiggers of white lightning or vodka over the ice.
  --symbolizing the intense mind numbing apathy encountered daily
  
• Pour 1 jigger of heavy or whipping cream over the ice.
  --symbolizing the desire of some to cover up reality
  
• pour 2 jiggers of Grenadine over the ice.
  --symbolizing the blood of the common folks which soaks the soil of every battle field, the work gloves for those that have them, but more commonly the handles of the tools they use to process food and create products that they often cannot afford to buy for themselves.
  
• Top off with organic milk.
  --symbolizing the purity of love, truth and health

Now look at the drink in the glass, the bottom should have the red grenadine, the top should be white milk.
Using a clean butter knife,
--which symbolizes your ability to penetrate into your psyche with the latest tools
reach into your drink
--notice your butter knife must pass through the clear white
to reach the grenadine
--which symbolizes the Sorrows of Deirdra, your own sorrows and the sorrows of the world.
touching your own sorrows took some effort:
(First ice, then vodka, third cream, fourth grenadine, fifth organic milk.)
Now stir the Sorrows of Deirdra and when it is fully mixed, the sorrows will be mixed with the Tabula Rasa of the organic milk.
This symbolizes the fact that most love contains a bit of sorrow and most lives are not filled with delight.
Drink the drink slowly, tasting each sip and contemplating on how the drink symbolizes life.
Sip some more and think about the Sorrows of Deirdra.
If you haven't discovered who Deirdra is, just think of someone who is beautiful in their heart and soul like you, but who is no longer living. Think of the pain and challenges you are burdened with. Don't think about the good stuff in life! Don't think about the beauty of life. Simply think about the sorrows and get on with finishing your work to insure your death with dignity.

What is the Gas Nobility?

The Gas Nobility are those souls who believe that one of highest personal Human Right's is the right to choose a personal death with dignity at a time and place of choosing. These souls believe that the best method to do this is the use of commonly occuring or noble gases.

Now, if your mind is made up, if you are truly ready to move on, the best way with the least pain is the 'gas method.'

What is the gas method?

The gas method is NOT carbon monoxide. Some people think about that method because they have seen it in movies such as Mercury Rising.
DO NOT USE the exhaust fumes from your car. It can be quite uncomfortable and it is not guaranteed.

The GAS METHOD uses bottled gases such as Helium, Argon (both Noble Gases) or Nitrogren. Using these gasses insure that your exit is neither painful nor uncomfortable. You will not feel fear, or have body panic due to the body getting too much Carbon Monoxide, as it replaced the oxygen. You will not have a broken body and wake up in the hospital.

You do not want to wake up. You do not want your dead body to have petechial hemorrhage / ocular petechiae. The ideal situation is that whoever finds you:

• 1. simply removes your 'hood' which is the bag on your head to hold the gas,
• 2. removes the gas canister from the area (do them a favor and put your gas canister on a rolling dolly)
• 3. call an ambulance.

The emergency personnel will come and verify that you are dead. As long as the bag is gone and the gas canister is not around, the EMT's will have no reason to believe that you died from anything but natural causes. You simply died of a heart attack.

Using Helium:

Helium is lighter than air so it floats up. This must be accounted for.

People buy Helium to have balloon parties. Helium is a 'noble' gas used for special applications in welding but usually this is put into a mixture to work on stainless steel. Balloon parties are the most common use of helium. Balloon part tanks sold in party stores are often diluted with 20% oxygen making them unsuitable for use for Final Exit. Sometimes such stores will have pure helium tanks for rent, but it is better to buy an 80 cubic foot tank for about $189 and have it filled for about $59 at a welding supply outlet.

Using Nitrogen:

Nitrogen is about the same weight as air (.97) so it will float up slowly

People buy nitrogen to fill their car tires because nitrogen migrates much slower through tire rubber than oxygen. This means your tire pressures remain stable longer. Race car teams discovered that tires filled with nitrogen are less likely to change pressure when the temperature does. It is a stable inert gas and can be easily picked up at welding supply stores.

Using Argon:

Argon is a 'noble' gas used for in welding as a 'shielding' gas.

Argon gas is heavier than air (1.39) so it sinks, This must be accounted for.
