Eccl. 1: 7

"All Rivers run into the sea and yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the Rivers came, thither they return again."

The "seas" are the result of the overflowing rivers; the sea represents the visible form that is set in bounds.

While we are in the knowledge of form alone, we are inclined to stop in form; we think we could be satisfied with the outer, but this is only personal belief, to stop in it would be stagnation. Understanding is the new birth that brings death to this misconception. In it the Waters bring forth abundantly and limitless consciousness of Life dawns.

Isa. 11 9

Rev. 20: 13

"The knowledge of the Lord shall cover the earth as the Waters cover the sea."

As consciousness of our Infinite Possibilities covers, obliterates, our sense of partial power. "The sea gave up the dead that were in it."

Hab. 2 4

"For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of God as the Waters cover the sea."

Opinions and beliefs cause all sense of limitations.
