second, begins with "light" and the decree, "Let there be." The Most High does not decree. To It, Light evermore is. The Truth is that Light fills all; the conception is, that light is just coming into the soul. The latter consciousness says, "I am becoming', the former says, "I am being. I am."

To say, "Let there be," is the beginning of revelation. To the Absolute Truth there is no revelation.

The first step ends with knowledge in which form is seen, lived for, enjoyed. We call this the personal consciousness. Its light is intuition by which we know instinctively, but not logically. We know things but not the reason for things. This condition is described by Paul; "first, that which is natural, then, that which is spiritual."

We decide the length of our "days" and retard or hasten the end of our waiting, according to our reception of the truth we see.

In the highest thought of Creator and Creation, there is, first, Universal Consciousness; second, Individual Consciousness; third, Personal Consciousness.

In the order of development we manifest first, personal; second, individual; and third, universal consciousness. In Truth, the three are one; not so seen though, until we realize the Universal Consciousness,
