So we see they could not enter in because of unbelief. "All things are possible to him that believeth."

Let him that is on the housetop not come down to take anything out." "House" is old habits of thought. From the housetop eternal truths are revealed. Let him who receives the vision leave all things connected with his old habit of thought.

Israel's delay in entering Canaan was occasioned by their own lack of faith in God. Believing in separation, "These all died in the faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off. For they that say such things, declare plainly that they seek a country (have not yet found true consciousness), and truly if they had been mindful of that from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned."
