There are only two accounts of the death of Judas Iscariot, and they are very different.

Matt. 27:3-10

Acts 1:16-20

The priests bought the potter's field, to bury strangers in. Jeremy? Zechariah 11:12 does not agree with Matthew.

We are told here that Judas purchased a field with the reward of iniquity. Ps. 69:25. David's prayer was answered. Ps. 109:8. David prayed for help in the midst of his enemies.

Paul's letters were the first Christian documents, yet there is no reference to Judas Iscariot in any of them. His silence upon this subject is worthy of comment.

John 18: 4, 5; 7, 8, 11

John 18: 35

John 18:36-37

Was there need of a betrayer?

Pilate answered, "Thine own nation and chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done?"

Jesus answered Pilate, and in the 38th verse Pilate asked him that greatest of all questions, "What is truth?" The answer is given in the Gospel of Nicodemus, Apocryphal New Testament, 3:11-14. Jesus said, "Truth is from heaven.

Pilate said, "Therefore, truth is not on the earth." Jesus said to Pilate, "Believe that truth is on earth among those, who when they have the power of judgment, are governed by truth, and form right judgment". Reasoning with truth, must give conclusions that are truthful.
